This collaborative piece highlights the critical issues of climate change in our broken environment.
Although Covid is the immediate crisis, more urgently the critical effects of climate change are paramount. As artists in the UN Ocean Decade, we believe we have a responsibility to raise awareness of global warming. We aim to be able to contribute in a small way even from our home, South Australia.
Broken alerts us to the ice breaking up and melting into the deep blue ocean. An orange line pierces through the frozen ice like a sore in the new Antarctic summer.
