Margo Anton’s Precision Jewellery

Learn the basics of fine scale, precise mosaic jewellery in this two-day workshop. Participants will learn about compatible bases and adhesives, design concepts, specific cutting and gluing techniques and more. The session will start with a lecture and demo on creating mosaic jewellery, then participants will be given an opportunity to practice cutting to an extremely small scale. Individual work on a mosaic pendant set in silver plate will be started, using carefully selected materials such as mosaic gold, millefiori, dichroic glass, and filati.
FEE: $240 for MAANZ members else $270. A fee for materials of about $45 will be paid to Margo on the day.
The minimum number of people is 5, with a maximum of 8.
Please bring packed lunches for both days as these are full days from 10am to 4pm
